Guiness draught Ale Clone —Irish stout

• ABV: ~ 4 % (approx)

• Appearance: Black

• Aroma & Flavor:
  Dry and bitter.

• Mouthfeel / Finish: Light bodied, smooth and creamy.

COLOUR: 60 EBC

Ingredients:

Grain

70% Simpsons Marris Otter, 20% Flaked Barley, 10% Simpsons Roast Barley

Hops

60mins – 40 IBU East Kent Goldings

Yeast –  Included – 1 x Nottingham

Other Recommended Yeasts:

Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale, Bluestone Dublin, LalBrew Bry-97 11g

 

Recommended Salts ( additions/quantity’s may vary based on water source location)

Mash Addition recommendations
2g Gypsum (Calcium Sulphate)
1g Calcium Chloride & 50g Epsom
