Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone — American Pale Ale

• ABV: ~ 5.5 %

• Appearance: Amber

• Aroma & Flavor:
  Strong Spicy, floral Grapefruit character.

• Mouthfeel / Finish: Medium-light to medium body, with a smooth
  texture.

92% Rahr Pale Malt
8%  Joe White Medium Crystal

Hops

90mins – 12 IBU’s Cascade
60mins – 11 IBU Cascade
30mins – 9 IBU Cascade
Flameout – Cascade

Yeast –  Included – 1 x Safale US-05

Other Recommended Yeasts:

Wyeast 1056 American Ale, Bluestone San Diego, LalBrew Bry-97 11g

 

Recommended Salts ( additions/quantity’s may vary based on water source location)

2g Gypsum (Calcium Sulphate)
0.95g Calcium Chloride
