Description
Dextrin malt (aka Carapils) elevates beer quality including enhanced body and mouthfeel, improves head retention and a subtle sweetness adding complexity without overwhelming the flavour balance. With low fermentability, it helps maintain residual sugars for a well-rounded taste.
