This dark roast creates mineral notes with toasted spices and medium levels of vanilla, with subtle spice and fruit notes.
Note: smaller than regular oak chips, these are more like shavings.
Use 10-15 grams of oak chips per liter of spirit to achieve a rich infusion of flavours during aging.
