Oz Aussie Best Bitter FWK

These fresh wort kits are made in house on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery. As with all of our kits it is all grain and brewed true to style.
NOTE: They kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water to dilute.

Yeast not included.

 DESCRIPTION

Pale amber in colour with a brilliant white head of foam that reduces to think lace in your glass, Oz Aussie Bitter combines light toasty biscuit malt flavours with a hint of pear, plum stone fruit flavours and aromas when you use a real English ale yeast to do the fermentation.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.047 with 3 litres of water added.

Bitterness: 32 IBU’s using Warrior, EKG and Fuggle hops
Malts: Ale, Light Crystal, Chocolate

Recommended yeasts:
Bluestone London or Edinburgh, S-04 or Nottingham
