Riwaka, sometimes referred to as D Saaz, has much of the same aroma as Saaz, but just more of it. Riwaka has nearly double the total oils of Saaz so expect powerful citrus aromas of pink grapefruit. This fresh and zesty aroma makes Riwaka a great fit in any IPA or Hazy style.
