Irish Moss Whirlfloc – 5 Tablets

COAGULATES UNSTABLE PROTEINS – SELF DISPERSING TABLET FORM

An extract of red seaweed specifically formulated to coagulate unstable proteins in brewery worts. The product is produced in a self dispersing tablet form for ease of use.

Add 1 x Whirlfloc (crushed) tablet per 23L batch, 5 -10 mins from the end of boil. Use half a tablet for smaller batches. Whirfloc is a blend of Irish Moss & purified Carrageenan that help precipitate haze causing proteins & beta glucens, aiding cold break formation and resulting in a much clearer beer.
