Description

Designed especially for pressurized systems, these engines
simulate the operation of a traditional beer engine without a
cylinder. Traditional mahogany plinth, removable stainless steel
front, and Northern style swan neck. Internal flow control valve
to increase or decrease the flow rate based on inlet pressure.
Designed for dispensing kegs under pressure, the
Shakespeare Hand Pull is revolutionising traditional Beer and
Cider dispense, yet it looks and behaves exactly like a
Traditional Beer Engine. Using a damper and special control
valve – it looks, reacts and feels just like a traditional hand pull
but without the moving parts of the traditional cylinder.
Installation is the same as any keg dispense tap as it uses
standard beer line and cellar equipment. With only three
components maintenance is very low requiring minimal spares
that are quickly and easily replaced in trade if required. The
absence of the Cylinder reduces cleaning time and avoids the
need to install a check or aspirator valve.
A simple screw adjustment allows pubs to tailor the number of
pulls required per pint, or to free flow with a single pull.
