Description
Alcotec 48 is an amazing all-round Turbo Yeast. It will ferment 6Kg of dextrose in a 25 Litre solution in 48 hours or less, even under difficult conditions.
Alcotec 48 will also work as a high alcohol Turbo Yeast and will ferment up to 20% alcohol, in 10 days using 8Kg of cane sugar or 9Kg of dextrose. Alcotec 48 is also a very temperature tolerant Turbo Yeast which will perform well up to 30C.
